The stronger runner monthly membership will help any woman who wants to start running or is already running to develop strength to help them remain injury free and improve their technique


Via an app there will be access to running plans from 0-5k, 5k-10k and 10k to 1/2 marathon , 1/2 to full marathon. My plans are all based on 3 runs a week to make it achievable for busy women, with optional cross training or easy run days.  Foam rolling demo, a nutrition  ebook, a weekly  live strength session, a monthly webinar with chat and question time . Plus, you will become a member of my stronger runner community to connect you to other women running.

I am a passionate runner and I am constantly researching and reading around running techniques and strengthening. My course as a natural running coach equipped me with the skills to be able to share this knowledge with women either new to running or maybe struggling with persistent injuries.


A 1:1 session would enable me to explore your running goals. Assess any weaknesses in your movement patterns that may affect your running. Work out a strength and running plan personalised to you. 

I would also show you warm up drills, stretches and foam roller techniques to help you run injury free. Following the appointment  you will get a run program for your goal distance, a short strength video, a stretch  and mobility video. We would then book a follow up call to check in with your progress.

Do you want a coach who will keep you accountable, revise your plan weekly,  monitor and assess your progress, add in your strength and mobility and chat through your goals, nutrition and sessions? 


Then you need my Gold 1:1 service, limited to five spaces. You will join my gold gang on whats app, daily motivation plus all of your sessions via the popular 'training peaks app'


With an initial 1:1 session (face to face or zoom) to look at movement patterns, current progress and discuss goals, you will then get a weekly updated plan via the app (this will include strength and mobility as well as runs and cross training) and feedback on  runs plus a weekly call to go through anything and to ask questions.
