I am a passionate runner and I am constantly researching and reading around running techniques and strengthening. My course as a natural running coach equipped me with the skills to be able to share this knowledge with women either new to running or maybe struggling with persistent injuries.
A 1:1 session with me would take place somewhere where we can run. I would look at your technique and then help you to learn techniques to make your running more efficient. I would also show you warm up drills,strength exercises, stretches and foam roller techniques to help you run injury free. You will get a video follow with a short plan to follow and a two week program showing you how to incorporate these techniques into your running.

I have been so excited to start my new running program. I have loved following the What's app group, hearing the support and questions that the runners have been sharing.
From 0-5k, 5k-10k and runners maintaining after a marathon its great to be able to support runners with different distances and abilities.
My plans are all based on 3 runs a week to make it achievable for busy women and my strength and Pilates live Monday night online classes are included too.
The plans are all done via an app where I can track your progress, share recipes, stretch videos and the links to both the live classes and recorded so its easy to follow. You can also link watches, strava etc to the app so I get all of the stats and you can see your progress.
This program can be accessed at any point via a weekly subscription (you can cancel at any time, you will have access to the live and recorded Monday night classes during term time and recorded classes for any weeks that fall outside of the half term.
