We are lucky to have two beautiful venues for Buggyfit and it is a great way of meeting other Mums and babies. Class is suitable for all levels and from 6-8 weeks postnatal.
If you book a single class and then decide you would like to book the half term I will pro rata the rest of the term
Tuesday 19.15 Sunninghill. My low impact strength and Pilates class will help you to increase strength and tone helping with recovery post birth. If you try a class and then want to book the rest of the half term block I will pro rata the sessions.
1 hr - £75
A one-to-one mummy checkup to discuss your birth (or pregnancy) and any concerns with a postural check, diastasis check and pelvic floor discussion (no internam exam). This will then enable me to advise you about exercises that are appropriate for you and I will show you some postnatal core restore or pregnancy exercises that you can do daily, you will then take home a ten minute program to do at home. I am based in a personal studio in Ascot, near Bracknell and Windsor
Weekly, two weekly or monthly can be a mix of online or face to face training or fully online via an app with workouts to follow.
To really help you reach those fitness goals I offer a customised package that can be fully face to face, a hybrid of face to face or fully online via an app. There are benefits to each approach and whatever one we decide works for you will keep you accountable and help you reach your goals
I love personal training as it gives me the time to really focus on each individual woman. Whether that is in pregnancy, after baby is born or with children that are much older. I will focus on the core which is fundamental to developing your strength, but will also look at healthy eating habits, monitoring your food diary and making suggestions so that you can develop an overall healthy lifestyle where you feel happy and confident in your body.

Keep motivated and consistent with my monthly subscription. You will get access to a daily 10-15 workout every day. These will focus on every area of the body. You will also focus on the fundamentals of strength training with demo videos for all of the key movement patterns. This would be a great membership to do alongside Buggyfit or Pilates and the short workouts make it easy to do with a baby or little ones around.
There will be a live session every Mon and time afterwards to ask questions etc
You will also get access to a nutrition e-book, free webinars, breathing practices, stretch workouts and monthly webinars and you will become a member of my stronger mama community to connect you to other amazing women
