I run a popular pregnancy Pilates class on a Tuesday evening at 19.30 in South Ascot It is limited to 9 mums to be to allow for distancing and is 40 mins Pilates followed by a drink and topic discussion or general chat.
Postnatal Pilates will help you to focus on increasing strength in your core and pelvic floor as well as relieve aches and pains from birth and sitting feeding. It is also a great way to meet and connect with other mums and babies.

My 7pm online 30 min Monday night low impact strength class is great for pregnancy as it will help you to maintain strength and tone helping with recovery post birth. This is on zoom so can be done from the comfort of home and you can also buy this class on record too
