Pregnancy is a great time to start focusing on looking after your body.


I run a popular  pregnancy Pilates class on a Tuesday evening at 19.30 in South Ascot It is limited to 9 mums to be to allow for distancing and is 40 mins Pilates followed by a drink and topic discussion or general chat.

Postnatal Pilates will help you to focus on increasing strength in your core and pelvic floor as well as relieve aches and pains from birth and sitting feeding. It is also a great way to meet and connect with other mums and babies.


It is held on a Monday at 9.30am, it is limited to 10 mums and babies to allow for distancing and is 40 mins

 Another great venue with lots of free parking and only 5 mins from Ascot and 10 mins from Windsor.


 Its a static class so no walk involved. Great for little ones to play next to you, babies can stay in buggies or lie on mats. Suitable from 8 weeks postnatal. It's also a popular class for mums with little ones at nursery or school and a go

We are lucky to have two beautiful venues for Buggyfit and it is a great way of meeting other Mums and babies. Class is suitable for all levels and from 6-8 weeks postnatal.

My 7pm online 30 min Monday night low impact strength class is great for pregnancy as it will help you to maintain strength and tone helping with recovery post birth. This is on zoom so can be done from the comfort of home and you can also buy this class on record too

A one-to-one mummy checkup to discuss your birth (or birth plans if pregnant) and any concerns with a postural check and diastasis check and pelvic floor assessment. This will then enable me to advise you about exercises that are appropriate for you and I will show you some postnatal core restore or pregnancy exercises that you

I love personal training as it gives me the time to really focus on each individual woman. Whether that is in pregnancy, after baby is born or with children that are much older. I will focus on the core which is fundamental to developing your strength, but will also look at healthy eating habits, monitoring your food diary and making suggestions so that you can develop an overall healthy lifestyle where you feel happy and confident in your body.
