Need some motivation to get moving?
Setting yourself a challenge is a great way to get moving and this challenge will boost your mental health as well as raise money for Mind - Mental Health Charity
The aim of the challenge is to do 100 miles in steps, walking or running or on wheels (bike not car) you can do 3 miles a day or do some longer days!
You can track your progress via the app and support your exercise with my 15 min workouts via the app, these can be done outside too!! There will be a community chat to keep you motivated as well.
