 Have you had a baby or children a while ago and feel that you are not connected to your body? This program will Improve your pelvic floor, core health and overall strength by learning about the affects that posture, breathing and everyday tasks can have on your body. 


This 6 week program can be started at anytime and  is accessed via my new App and consists of a daily 10-15 min workout to strengthen and reconnect you to your core, glutes and every other part of your body.

You will also get access to a nutrition  ebook, a meal plan, a  topic webinar every week, covering 

-breathing and pelvic floor

-nutrition 

-lifestyle changes

- self care, mindfulness and lowering cortisol levels

Are you a woman that runs or wants to start running? The 8 week 'Stronger Runner program' will help any woman who wants to start running or is already running to develop strength to help them remain injury free and improve running technique.


This 8 week program can be started at anytime and  is accessed via my new App and consists of a daily 10-15 min workout to strengthen and reconnect you to your core, glutes and every other part of your body.


You will also get access to running plans From 0-5k, 5k-10k and 10k to 1/2 marathon (my plans are all based on 3 runs a week to make it achievable for busy women), a nutrition ebook, webinars covering

-how to become a consistent runner

-pacing for running

- cadence and running form

- nutrition for training and events 

-foam rolling demo

-why is strength training important

- tapering for events

- event day anxiety
