I am always being asked when it is okay to start exercising and what exercises are appropriate and so I have developed my step by step program that will help you to understand your body post birth. You will then start to recognise what exercises are good for you and when you can build this up.

This is probably the section that you will use the most as it is some easy to practice pelvic floor activations that will have a real impact over time
We start to look at some basic Pilates movements that hep to link everything else together
A simple to follow video that helps you to practice checking your own abdominal muscles
Three different levels of 10-15 min videos that build upon the earlier Pilates moves and will see you get gradually stronger and more connected. There are then extra bits such as nutrition and some pre-recorded 30 min classes for you to try
