A one-to-one mummy checkup to discuss your birth and any concerns with a postural check and diastasis check and pelvic floor assessment. This will then enable me to advise you about exercises that are appropriate for you and I will show you some postnatal core restore exercises that you can do daily, you will then take home a ten minute program to do at home. I am based in a personal studio in Ascot, near Bracknell and Windsor
1 hr session £50, a block of six £270 or to really help you reach those fitness goals the option of adding on the online and recorded classes £300 for six weeks and six 1 hr sessions.
I love personal training as it gives me the time to really focus on each individual woman. Whether that is in pregnancy, after baby is born or with children that are much older. I will focus on the core which is fundamental to developing your strength, but will also look at healthy eating habits, monitoring your food diary and making suggestions so that you can develop an overall healthy lifestyle where you feel happy and confident in your body.
Individualised sessions based on your goals. Can also bring baby in buggy if postnatal. For best results book a course of six classes to build upon previous sessions.

Have you recently started running and need help to achieve your running goals and reduce your risk of injury. A one of session will look at running style and looking at areas that can be improved or altered, we will also look at warm ups, stretches and strength exercises.
A running package will include a strength and myofacial release programme and an individualised training plan to help you reach your goal. There will also be an eight week 30min follow up to assess progress.
